The cooperation between think tanks and politics are strengthened. GURN focuses on knowledge transfer, capacity building and bilateral dialogue. Current developments and German-Ukrainian relations are discussed in a variety of formats.
ReLoaD – Research on Local Governance and Decentralisation

Enlargement, Neighbourhood, Central Asia
The Ukrainian decentralisation process is being researched in an interdisciplinary manner. Innovative research approaches become the basis for targeted and data-based policy advice intended to sustainably strengthen local democracy in Ukraine.
