Valentin Petri, Vice-Chairman of the Federal Committee of the European Federalists, explains what role the Bundestag elections play for young people in Europe.

The German parliamentary elections are crucial in determining what role Germany will play in Europe and the world in the future. Important decisions on many future issues such as the economy, migration, climate and defence will also be made in Brussels. In a crisis-ridden world with wars in our neighbourhood, climate catastrophes and attacks on democracy, we are only stronger together - in a strong and united Europe.

More in the video with Valentin Petri, Vice-Chair of the Federal Committee of the European Federalists.

The non-partisan Europa-Union Deutschland, the IEP Berlin, the European Federalists and the Federal Network for Civic Engagement shed light on the European implications of the election and show why your vote counts not only for Germany, but also for Europe.
Every vote for a democratic party is a vote for Europe.

About the EUle - Europe learn & engage project: #EUle is a strategic educational initiative that aims to increase understanding of European issues. The campaign aims to inform people about current events and contexts and motivate them to actively participate in the European debate.
