João Paulo Dias is a sociologist and holds a Master and PhD in Sociology of Law, Faculty of Economics, University of Coimbra. He is a Researcher of the Centre for Social Studies (CES) of the University of Coimbra. He is currently working on issues related to rule(s) of law, judicial powers, legal and judicial professions and, more recently, working conditions in the judicial system.
