Donika Emini, PhD, is Executive Director at d-square and a Research Fellow at the University of Graz, Institute for Southeast European Studies, and a member of the Balkans in Europe Policy Advisory Group (BiEPAG). A former Reagan-Fascell Democracy Fellow, she has worked with the EU Institute for Security Studies and the Council of Europe, Freedom House, and the Kosovar Centre for Security Studies (KCSS). She led the CiviKos Platform.
