Dr Catherine Warin is a Lecturer at the European Institute of Public Administration and a fully qualified lawyer, member of the Luxembourg Bar Association. She is co-founding President of Passerell, a Luxembourg-based NGO providing legal support to asylum seekers, refugees and vulnerable migrants.
