The Open Society Foundations Western Balkans is a regional entity working in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia.

The purpose and mission of OSF-WB is to inspire and enable open societies across the region through strategic presence and interventions in key regional and European spaces and priorities.
