Level B Training “Association Skills” for CiSEP alumni kicked-off in Odessa
What a pleasure to be back in Odessa and to see so many of our alumni on board of our new Civic School for Sound EU Practice (CiSEP) training series! From 22-24 November the first of four workshops on “EU Association Skills” brought together well-known faces from all over Ukraine. Until February 2018 we will deliver a programme that is especially designed to develop horizontal skills for civil society participation in Ukraine’s EU association.
We dedicated the first workshop to monitoring functions (watch dog vs. partner), the study of implementation and shadow reports, and the EU legal order and analysis. A special gimmick: every participant shot a video to prepare for the upcoming coaching sessions in English public speaking on EU matters.
Our CiSEP Fellow Anna concluded after the workshop: “CiSEP trainings are not only very useful, because they convey new knowledge and skills. They give us inspiration for our own work!”
Institut für Europäische Politik implemented this workshop in cooperation with Odessa regional organization of All-Ukrainian NGO “Committee of Voters of Ukraine”. The project is kindly supported by the German Federal Foreign Office.
