Under its publication series "European Policy", the Federal Agency for Civic Education (BPB) has published the "Handbook on Germany's European Policy", which can now be ordered on the BPB website.
The 2020 completely revised and updated edition of the standard work is a combination of reference work and problem analysis. It is aimed at those interested in science, politics and practice. Germany's European policy is essential for mutual relations, as Germany has enormous potential for influence and is closely linked to the Union. What are the basic lines of German European policy? Which domestic factors are important? Which relevant actors exist in the individual policy areas? The handbook summarises these and other relevant issues as well as current developments in European policy.
