After two programme cycles organised by the Centre international de formation européenne (CIFE) and the Institut für Europäische Politik (IEP) in 2010-2012 and 2013-2015, the programme has been abandoned. The master programme "The EU and Central Asia in the international system" enabled its participants from Central Asia to develop sound knowledge on the EU, the EU-Central Asia relations and recent developments in both regions.
